Shipping Information
Packaged Right - Never Folded
We take packaging seriously. Foam padding can be permanently damaged if folded; which is why we never fold our cases during packaging.
All larger products are shipped in branded Savior Equipment boxes with product information clearly visible. Due to the unique sizing of our products, we are unable to offer gift wrapping or use unbranded packaging.
Smaller items may be shipped in poly bags.
Shipping Within the Continental U.S.
We offer free Ground shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Carriers Used: USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon
(Carrier cannot be chosen; our system will automatically select the most efficient method)
Orders typically ship out from our warehouse within 1-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-10 business days.
Please note: After receiving your tracking number, it may take 1-3 business days before tracking updates appear in the carrier's system.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico
We now ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico but shipping charges will apply.
These orders will be shipped via the most efficient method chosen by our shipping team - this may include UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
Customers will not be able to choose the shipping carrier.
Please Note: Deliveries to these locations may take longer than average due to extended transit times and local carrier operations.

- APO/FPO Military Addresses
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Guam
- International Destinations

Shipping Address Accuracy Policy
To ensure a smooth and secure delivery process, customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.
Address Changes
For security and fraud-prevention purposes, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has been placed, regardless of circumstance. This includes requests to correct, update, or reroute a package.
If an Incorrect Address Was Provided
If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout:
- We will ship the order to the exact address provided by the customer.
- The customer is fully responsible for retrieving the package at the address they entered.
- If the address is undeliverable or you do not wish to retrieve it, you may contact the carrier directly to request a refusal or return-to-sender (availability may vary by carrier).
- A refund can only be issued after the package is returned to our warehouse in its original condition.
Important
Once an order is shipped, we are not liable for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Processing Orders
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment is completed.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking to update.
If your tracking shows no movement after 3 business days, please email us at support@saviorequipment.com and include the following:
- Your Order ID
- Full Name
- Shipping Address
- Tracking Number
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on product size and weight.
Rates (if applicable) will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your order contents.
International Orders
We currently do not offer international shipping directly through our web store.
If you're interested in purchasing our products outside the U.S., please check our Store Locator for authorized online and local retailers that ships to your location.
We always recommend contacting the retailer ahead of time to ensure the item is in stock.
