Non-Refundable Fees

Fees for Norton Shopping Guarantee with Package Protection are non-refundable under most circumstances.

Refund Conditions

Before Order Fulfillment

After Order Fulfillment

Once the order has been shipped, Norton Shopping Guarantee and Package Protection fees become non-refundable.
