Savior Equipment Gear Up Giveaway – Online Waiver, Release of Liability, Hold Harmless, and Media Consent

Participation in the Savior Equipment Gear Up Giveaway (“Gear Up Giveaway”) requires photographing or video recording yourself and your equipment. The photographing or video recording does not require the actual use or handling of your firearm and/or any related firearms activities that involve inherent risks, including accidental discharge, ricochet, equipment malfunction, hearing damage, and lead exposure that can cause serious injury or death.

By registering for the Gear Up Giveaway and choosing to include any use or handling of a firearm, I acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with it. I agree to waive all claims and release Savior Equipment, its owners, employees, distributors, agents, organizers, and sponsors from any liability, including my negligent acts, for bodily injuries, death, or property damage arising from my use and handling of a firearm.

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Savior Equipment, its officers, employees, distributors, agents, organizers, and sponsors from any and all claims, demands, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) that arise out of or relate to my participation in the Gear Up Giveaway, including my voluntary choice of using and handling a firearm.

By submitting a photograph or video recording, I confirm it is my original work and grant Savior Equipment the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs, video, or audio recordings of me taken during the Gear Up Giveaway, including my image, likeness, and statements, in any media for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation. I confirm that my submission does not infringe on the rights of others, and I release Savior Equipment from any liability related to my participation and submission. My personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
